Our Commitment

ProFix Digital Services Limited is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. CliQ is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. We explicitly prohibit all content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits or endangers minors.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on CliQ and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or endangers minors (CSAM).
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to engage minors in sexual conversations or activities.
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting child sexual abuse material.
• Using the platform to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of minors.
• Any other conduct that constitutes child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Age Verification and Enforcement

CliQ requires all users to confirm they are at least 18 years old upon registration. We employ content moderation, automated detection systems, and user reporting tools to identify and remove any CSAE-related content or accounts. Violations are acted upon immediately.

Reporting

If you encounter any content or behavior on CliQ that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly. All reports are reviewed promptly. Where legally required, we report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities.

Compliance

ProFix Digital Services Limited complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act and other relevant international legislation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to CSAE.
